Blast Entertainment has been hiring bouncy castles across Auckland for over 25 years, and Manukau is one of the areas we deliver to most. Community halls, school galas, church events and backyard birthdays - we bring everything out, set it up, and come back at the end of the day to pack it down.

Delivery across Manukau and South Auckland

Delivery to Manukau is $35, and the same rate covers most of South Auckland: Wiri, Otara, Papatoetoe, Manurewa, Manurewa East, Clover Park, Clendon Park, Flat Bush, Mangere, Mangere East, Mangere Bridge, Favona, East Tamaki, Papakura, Takanini, Conifer Grove, Goodwood Heights and Randwick Park.

That covers our own crew bringing everything out, setting it up and anchoring it correctly for the surface it is going on, and returning at the end of your hire to pack it down. Hall, school and community events

More than half the Manukau bookings we take are not backyard parties. They are community halls, school galas and church events, and we are out at venues across the area most weekends - from the Due Drop Events Centre through to the smaller guide and church halls around Goodwood Heights and Wiri.

Indoor setups have one hard limit, and it is ceiling height. Most of our castles need a minimum of 4m of clear height, and 4.5m is better. If the hall is lower than that you are not out of luck - the toddler range only needs 2m, so there is almost always something that will work. Measure the hall before you book, tell us the venue, and we will tell you exactly what fits under it.

Backyard parties

South Auckland sections tend to be generous, so you are not limited to the small castles here. The 4x4 and the 4 x 5 multi-themed castle with slide will fit almost any backyard in the area, but there is usually room for something bigger - the Oasis or one of the Carnival combos. If space is tight, the 3x3 is the smallest full-size castle we run, and the toddler castles are smaller again - worth a look if the guests are all under five, and they will fit indoors if the weather turns.

Castle, candy floss, tables & chair packages

Most Manukau bookings are not just a castle. Candy floss and popcorn machines are the two things people add most often, which makes sense when the party is in a hall rather than a backyard. Kids folding tables and chairs come as part of our party packages rather than on their own.

Setting up in a park

If you are planning to set up in a public park or reserve rather than at home or in a hall, Auckland Council may require an event permit. Their event permit checker will tell you whether yours does.
