What size are your bouncy castles for hire in Auckland? (How much room do you need?)

Small bouncy castles require a 3m x 3m area for set up, our medium bouncy castles require 4m x 4m and larger after that.

How much are your bouncy castles for hire in the Auckland Region?

Prices start from $140, prices vary on different sizes and can be matched to the age group, size of the party and your budget. Price includes deliver, set-up and pack-down on the bouncy castle in the Auckland metropolitan area.

What ages can go on your bouncy castles?

Our small castles castles are suitable for children 6 years old and under, and our medium range is recommended for 12 years old and under. We also provide bouncy castles that cater for adults and teenagers in the Auckland area.

Is there a weight limit?

Small bouncy castles are suitable for up to 8 children at one time, Medium bouncy castles are suitable for up to 12 children at a time. The bouncy castles suit the average weight of the age groups.

Can a bouncy castle be set-up in the rain?

Due to electrical hazards we cannot set-up a bouncy castle in the rain. There is no cancelation fee for bad weather. How high are the bouncy castles?

Small bouncy castles are 3.2m tall. Our 4m x 4m bouncy castles and slide castles are 4.3m tall and our bigger bouncy castles are 5m tall.

What is the latest time you stay out?

Our bouncy castles need to have their rental finished before 60 minutes after the sun sets. You can have them later however there is an extra fee for this.

Do you have insurance? (Can I get a copy?)

Blast Entertainment Hire is fully insured, a copy of policy available on request.

Do I get a receipt?

An invoice will be given to you once payment has been made on the day of delivery.

What happens if we cancel our bouncy castle hire?

If it is before 7 days of the function there will be no cancelation fee. There is also no cancelation fee due to bad weather as bouncy castles can not be set up in the rain.

Why cash or cheque on the day?

Our drivers are very busy and have a limited time to allocate to each job. So if you could also have the correct change it would make it much simpler.

Can the bouncy castle be set up on concrete?

Yes we can bring weights out to anchor it safely and a safety mat.

Can the bouncy castle go in a park?

Yes! If it is for a party we can set up within 5m from where all the guests are sitting and there will be no additional costs compared to a backyard. If there is no power you will need to add $70 for a generator plus fuel.
